The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Recruiter with specialist expertise in hiring Wealth Management and Institutional Sales professionals within asset management or financial services.

This is a highly strategic, sourcing-led role suited to a recruiter who thrives in competitive markets, excels at engaging passive talent, and can act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders. You will be responsible for building long-term pipelines, shaping hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience for revenue-generating functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Wealth Management, Institutional Sales, and Distribution as a strategic talent advisor
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for experienced and senior-level roles with a strong emphasis on proactive direct sourcing
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using networks, referrals, market mapping, and social platforms
  • Build and maintain deep pipelines of passive candidates aligned to future business growth
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor positioning
  • Educate hiring teams on evaluation criteria and best practices for assessing client-facing sales talent
  • Conduct in-depth, consultative interviews assessing sales capability, market knowledge, leadership, and cultural alignment
  • Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing and structured assessment processes
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve speed, quality, and conversion outcomes
  • Deliver a premium candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding
  • Act as a brand ambassador, articulating the firm’s culture and value proposition
About You
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Wealth Management and/or Institutional Sales within asset management or financial services
  • Proven track record in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience filling senior and hard-to-fill commercial roles in competitive markets
  • Strong consultative skills with credibility to partner with executive stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (iCIMS experience preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence outcomes
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite five days per week
