Contract Recruiter – Banking & Financial Services

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (On-site)

Salary: Open and will be commensurate with experience.

Pay rate: 45-50hr.

Must have the following: Full-cycle recruiting experience, intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing & screening expertise, interview coordination, offer management through onboarding, Banking/Financial Services industry experience, and ability to start immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct detailed intake meetings and define role requirements
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including Linked In, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage offer process, negotiations, and onboarding logistics
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and industry standards
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership
Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong background in recruiting within Banking or Financial Services preferred
  • Experience supporting HR teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Available to begin immediately
  • Must be able to work on-site in New Jersey
