Workday HCM Solution Architect - Talent & Testing

CTG is seeking to fill a Workday HCM Solution Architect - Talent & Testing position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 10 months

• Lead Workday Talent process architecture and testing for major SaaS deployments.
• Drive end-to-end testing: planning, execution, defect triage, and release management.
• Partner with client teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure high-quality Workday solutions.
• Work with test management and automation tools (proprietary & open source).
• Influence strategic decisions and support post-implementation success.

• Certified Workday HCM Consultant (Agentic AI Framework experience).
• Pfizer HCM custom process & SDLC expertise.
• Workday Talent Process Solution Architect, Studio Certified.

• Data analytics expertise.
• Client management up to VP levels.
• Mergers & acquisitions exposure; prior Workday implementations.

• Hands-on Workday HCM functional experience (Talent Management preferred).
• Proven ability to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions.
• Consulting experience supporting HR and Finance business processes.

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
