Workday Reporting & BI Consultant; BIRT Focus

CTG is seeking to fill a Workday Reporting & BI Consultant (BIRT Focus) position for our client.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 9 months

• Design, create, and customize BIRT reports across Workday Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, and HCM modules.
• Generate Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite, and Search reports; deliver outputs in PDF, Excel, and other formats.
• Manage Workday release cycles for Reporting and Prism modules; implement new reporting features efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end Workday Reporting & Analytics solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for reporting solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Workday Reporting & BI
  , with proven BIRT report development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Report Writer and Prism modules.
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
• Experience in release management, report scheduling, and multi‑format data extraction.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical reporting concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $90.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
