Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Golden Valley, MN
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: On‑Site
Hours: 40.0 hours per week (M‑F, 8am‑5pm CT)

Responsibilities
  • Complete full lifecycle recruitment including proactive candidate research, sourcing, talent pipelining, and ongoing partnership with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for challenging roles across various functions and locations.
  • Act as a strategic partner with HR and hiring managers to establish recruitment plans, define strategies, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through diligent communication, regular touch points, and advocating for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current on industry and market trends, including shifts in talent pools, compensation, and recruiting practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing candidates by leveraging emerging recruitment practices.
  • Manage employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Engage with community events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences, and manage recruiting end‑to‑end.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition and digital talent marketing strategy.
  • Support ongoing hiring needs by managing a full recruitment desk.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment in corporate or search firm environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches, clients, and projects, particularly within Sales/Commercial and Supply Chain sectors.
  • Experience with ATS platforms; knowledge of iCIMS preferred.
  • Proven success in sourcing, assessing, and attracting diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
  • Strong client service orientation, professionalism, and perseverance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑up.
  • Ability to influence and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
