Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Golden Valley, MN
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: On‑Site
Hours: 40.0 hours per week (M‑F, 8am‑5pm CT)
- Complete full lifecycle recruitment including proactive candidate research, sourcing, talent pipelining, and ongoing partnership with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for challenging roles across various functions and locations.
- Act as a strategic partner with HR and hiring managers to establish recruitment plans, define strategies, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through diligent communication, regular touch points, and advocating for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry and market trends, including shifts in talent pools, compensation, and recruiting practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing candidates by leveraging emerging recruitment practices.
- Manage employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with business leaders.
- Engage with community events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences, and manage recruiting end‑to‑end.
- Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition and digital talent marketing strategy.
- Support ongoing hiring needs by managing a full recruitment desk.
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment in corporate or search firm environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches, clients, and projects, particularly within Sales/Commercial and Supply Chain sectors.
- Experience with ATS platforms; knowledge of iCIMS preferred.
- Proven success in sourcing, assessing, and attracting diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
- Strong client service orientation, professionalism, and perseverance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑up.
- Ability to influence and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
