Position: Manager / Sr. Manager - People eXperience Business Partner

About The Role

People eXperience Business Partner to support our US Offices. These teams are at the heart of our innovation and growth, and this role will contribute to their success by providing day-to-day people support and guidance. Reporting to the VP of People eXperience, you'll partner closely with functional leaders and their teams to support core People initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, and brings experience in areas such as organizational support, performance management, career development, and employee engagement.

Day in the Life
  • Support People Partnership for Core Functions:
    Serve as the People Partner supporting Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams, working closely with functional leaders to support people initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Partner with Functional Leaders:
    Provide guidance and support related to organizational structure, leadership effectiveness, change initiatives, and team dynamics
  • Support Talent and Workforce Planning:
    Assist with workforce planning activities, organizational effectiveness efforts, career development frameworks, and overall team health within supported functions
  • Support Performance & Development:
    Reinforce a high‑performance environment through coaching, feedback practices, and performance management processes that promote clarity, accountability, and growth
  • Manage Employee Relations Matters:
    Handle employee relations issues with care and in alignment with company policies and legal requirements, partnering with Legal and relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Leverage People Data:
    Use people analytics, engagement insights, and qualitative feedback to support data‑informed decision making and provide insights to leaders
  • Collaborate Across the People Team:
    Work closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and People Operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of People programs to assigned client groups
  • Support Culture & Belonging Initiatives:
    Reinforce company values and inclusive practices through participation in People programs and day‑to‑day partnership with teams
What You Need
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in People/HR, including 5+ years as a People Business Partner to technical and/or customer‑facing teams in high‑growth environments.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with senior leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, or GTM.
  • Deep knowledge of org design, performance management, talent development, and team effectiveness.
  • Outstanding relationship‑building and coaching skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment law.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in pre‑IPO tech startups or rapidly scaling environments is strongly preferred
