BYOE (Bring Your Own Equipment):
Must provide and maintain your own equipment (e.g., laptop, tablet, headphones) necessary to perform job duties.
Schedule:
-Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
-Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
Weekly Hourly: 40 hours per week (one 12-hour shift, three 8-hour shifts, and one 4-hour shift)
Compensation: Entry-level position; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Salary range: $48,000–$53,000 annually, determined based on experience and qualifications.

About Compass ABA:
Compass ABA delivers personalized and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism, supporting them and their families in homes and communities across NJ, NY, and NM.
- Review applications with attention to detail.
- Maintain candidate communication through ATS, email, and text.
- Prepare probing notes before interviews and document post‑interview steps
- Conduct 6–8 video interviews daily for BT/RBT positions, following the established hiring process.
- Draft post‑interview emails for new hire pay rate approval, and collaborate with the staffing team to review and align case assignments with current openings.
- Email and file management.
- Ensure human resource compliance and answer employee‑related questions.
- Maintain job search and social media accounts; develop and publish social media content; manage recruitment advertising initiatives.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Participate in team, staffing, and company meetings.
- Occasional travel to NJ/NY for in‑person meetings, conferences, hiring events, training, or company events.
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the operations of an ABA therapy business and organizational goals.
- Minimum of 6 months of ABA recruiting experience or experience in related behavioral health roles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in email and file management.
- Reliable internet connection with backup options.
- Relevant soft skills: fast learner, detail‑oriented, consistent, strong communication, self‑starter, proactive.
- Comfort and/or proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Apploi, Calendly, E‑Verify, Applicant Check, Indeed, Linked In, and Canva (training provided).
