A financial firm is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Jersey City, NJ.

Pay: $30/hr

Hybrid; 3x a week in Jersey City - No relocation

US Citizens/GC Holders Only

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the recruitment team throughout the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across time zones for phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage logistics for internal meetings, candidate travel, and interview coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, delivering clear, professional, and timely communication
  • Maintain consistency in job descriptions and posting roles across internal/external career sites and niche job boards
  • Support offer generation, documentation, and onboarding coordination to create a smooth transition from candidate to employee
  • Support background check process and liaise with candidates and HR Operations team
  • Help manage the new hire workflow: drafting offer letters, submitting paperwork, and coordination with hiring teams
  • Submitting and tracking candidate travel and expense reports
  • Provide project support for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, preparing documentation, and ensuring milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:

Required

  • 1+ years of HR or administrative experience (internships welcome), preferably supporting Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex scheduling and coordination tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, calendars, and logistics with precision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, service-oriented approach
  • Handles sensitive information responsibly and maintains professionalism at all times
  • Works independently while partnering effectively across global teams
Preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and scheduling platforms
  • Experience supporting HR or recruitment within financial services, fintech, or fast-paced corporate environments
