We’re looking for a Receiver to join our Receiving team to receive, separate, and open mail daily. This role is based out of our Jersey City facility.

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items/Autographs.
• Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
• Enter items and print stickers.
• Contact customers to resolve problem orders.
• Work with Sales Department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You have the ability to work in a team environment.
• You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google programs.
• Knowledge of pop culture, sports (vintage to current), and TCGs (e.g., Pokémon, MTG) is encouraged.

• Bending and twisting: bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
• Computer use: typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer for long periods.
• Hand use: regular hand use for various tasks.
• Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Receiving and inspecting submissions: ability to receive and, in some departments, inspect submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.
• Sitting or standing: ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
