Role: Vendor Management and Operations Coordinator

Duration: 6+ Months

Location:

Jersey City, NJ, 07097 ( ONSITE )

Primary Skills: Vendor communication and coordination:
Liaison between Operations team and external vendors

Secondary Skills: Excel Reporting and data management

Description:

Work location : BNY NJ Office Mon to Friday (No Work from home)

• Must be available for in person interviews with the customer in BNY NJ Office

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor communication and coordination:
  Liaison between Operations team and external vendors
• Contracts and documentation management:
  Assist in reviewing and tracking of SOWs, CRs, MSAs
• Operations support
• Support day-to-day operational activities including issue tracking, reporting and follow ups with internal operations teams and vendors
• Excel Reporting and data management
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel to monitor contract status, vendor performance
• Analyze data for trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement
• Cross functional collaboration
• Work closely with procurement, legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and budget alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Information Technology or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement co-ordination or IT operations, preferably in banking domain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Proficiency and hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of banking technology procurement processes and vendor governance
• Experience with contract management tools or ticketing systems is desirable (Ariba, Service Now)
• Experience in reviewing hardware/software contracts, MSA's, SOW's. Ability to review change requests (CR's)
