Title:
Production Support Analyst
Location:
Jersey City, NJ (Day 1 Onsite)
- 4 to 7 years of experience in production support, application support
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and command-line tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis (Oracle, MySQL, or Postgre
SQL). - Experience with ticketing systems like Service Now, JIRA, Remedy, etc.
- Knowledge of job schedulers like Autosys, Control-M, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, App Dynamics, Nagios, Grafana, etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.
- Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python, or Power Shell).
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops principles.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
