As an IT Project Manager, you will:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments (Financial Services or similar highly regulated industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure.
• Project Management:
  Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies.
• Technical Analysis:
  Ability to interpret technical requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate into actionable plans.
• Tools:
  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), and collaboration platforms.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Leadership:
  Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving:
  Analytical mindset with ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience with modern Dev Ops practices.
• Experience managing Led or End User Development environments

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $63- $65 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
