Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the financial and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Consultant to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Enterprise Applications Support Department, collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid
-3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financial modules, including Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Taxation, and Business Process Workflows.
• Analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
• Configure and deploy solutions across various environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders to design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop functional specifications, technical design approaches, and user guidance to support enterprise-wide financial solutions.

• At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financial modules.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Taxation, BPM, SLA, Collaboration messaging, and Financial Reporting solutions (BIP/OTBI/Analytics).
• Understanding of accounting processes and workflows in relation to client business requirements.
• Proficiency in configuring and deploying solutions into various environments, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
