Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Lead / Pega Solutions Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega7, Pega8, and Pega
24, with a strong background in customer service applications. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Lead and participate in complex Pega design and implementation projects, applying best practices in architecture, security, and service interfaces.
- Convert business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and develop flexible, reusable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, development support, and design recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and enhance system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with production support, development, and partner teams to ensure integrated and seamless solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, including providing emergency support when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, including OAuth
2.0, and maintain compliance with industry standards. - Mentor junior developers and act as a subject matter expert in Pega development.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Pega7, Pega8, and Pega
24. - CLSA certification required.
- Strong experience in application development or systems analysis with Pega.
- Familiarity with Selenium automation testing.
- Experience with Spring Boot microservices and ability to debug and troubleshoot.
- Proficient in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, and web technologies.
- Expertise in system performance monitoring, optimization, and security configuration.
- Ability to adapt priorities based on changing business needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Prior experience leading complex, enterprise-level Pega projects.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service applications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
