Job Description:
Serve as the senior-most technical consultant responsible for driving major technological transformations within a specific client. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen to guide high‑stakes initiatives. You will provide technical leadership, design solutions, and apply hands-on engineering skills to ensure that all delivered solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years healthcare technology experience
- Clinical system integration
- Experience with EHR/EMR integration and HL7/FHIR workflows
- Understanding of interoperability standards and clinical laboratory data models
- Data Architecture Expertise
- Data normalization and enrichment
- Real time and batch processing pipelines
- High resilience cloud architecture
- Serverless and microservices patterns

- Experience modernizing complex monolithic or partially modernized platforms

- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Understanding of pathology workflows, orders/results exchange, templates, reflex testing, and lab data models
- Knowledge of FDA/GxP/CLIA/CAP aligned systems and biomarker driven clinical decision support
