Director Enterprise Data & Analytics

** Summary (Basic Purpose of the Job):
** This role is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, BI developers, and data analysts while fostering collaboration across departments to align analytics initiatives with organizational priorities. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Director will ensure the effective utilization of data to support innovation, enhance performance, and promote a culture of informed decision-making.

** 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions. Healthcare experience with knowledge of EHR systems, ERP platforms, and operational data sources is highly desirable.

** Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, ERP systems, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA. Ability to lead organizational transformation, foster innovation, and promote a data-driven culture.
