• 15+ years working experience in implementation or support capacity in Pharma R&D, Data Management tools, Safety databases, Regulatory Information Management
• Experience in ARISg platform is mandatory, with complete experience in overall Pharmacovigilance which includes Intake, Triage, Case processing, Aggregate reporting, Signal detection
• Define use cases for applying modern technology including digital and applied intelligence and must have worked in transformation programs
• Experience in applying automation, RPA, machine learning, AI technologies is going to be added advantage
• Work as part of a collaborative team, and coach junior team members
• Design and deploy change management projects that set up clients for long-term success
• Support business development efforts and our thought leadership using your expertise in life sciences to apply new technology such as cloud computing, application, platforms, etc.
• Knowledge around key biopharmaceutical R&D, patient services and product lifecycle processes and technologies
• Familiarity in CFR 21 Part 11, GxP and validated systems life cycles
• You’ve helped develop software, especially in a validated environment
• You know how to troubleshoot day to day issues and to modify system configurations when needed
• Good Oral and communication skills
• Vaccination is mandatory for the requirement
