We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to serve as an Application Development Group Manager, driving the strategic vision and execution for our core client and account reference data systems, and other reference data systems. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of wealth technology at one of the world's leading financial institutions by ensuring robust, scalable, and accessible client and account information.

This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the foundational platforms that manage client and account and reference data across Citi's Global Wealth Management business. They will oversee critical aspects of data management, ensuring data synchronization, developing streamlined data access layers, and leading large‑scale system conversions while driving innovation and operational excellence across a complex, global technology landscape.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technology platform strategy for client and account reference data, driving digital transformation and innovation to achieve business objectives. Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable technology solutions for client and account data.
