The Role

For the Digital Content Management Specialist role, we are seeking a highly motivated team player to lead the coordination, publishing, and governance of brand, product, editorial, and promotional content across our suite of global websites, social media platforms, and our global intranet. This role will include heavy collaboration with various Marketing teams to ensure that digital content is published in a timely, accurate manner, and is consistent with established visual and written styles.

The role will include heavy use of our web-based content management systems (AEM, Sprinklr, Simpplr) to publish content to existing sites and pages, and also to create new sections and landing pages to meet business objectives. Regular measurement, governance, and constant curation of digital content are critical tasks associated with this role.

We'll trust you to:
  • Prepare, publish, maintain digital content across global websites, social media platforms and intranet
  • Assist with digital content development, packaging to effectively position our brand, products, SMEs
  • Create campaign-focused landing pages to support Channel Marketing strategies
  • Utilize social media publishing platform to manage “On Behalf Of” publishing for sales teams
  • Ensure all web content, social and search campaigns have proper tracking and attribution in place
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr to regularly report on content engagement
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities; strive to always increase content engagement
  • Lead quarterly content review, curation sessions to ensure content is timely, aligned, compliant
  • Work directly with SEO team to ensure digital content is highly searchable, findable
  • Research, begin to integrate AI tools into content publishing, curation, measurement processes
  • Work closely with website product owners to document, improve web CMS UI, functionality
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance teams to ensure all content has been properly reviewed, approved
You’ll need to have:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proactive, collaborative team player – ability to collaborate effectively across full organization
  • Proficient with web CMS applications – preferably Adobe AEM
  • Proficient with social media publishing platforms – preferably Sprinklr or Hootsuite
  • Proficient with project management tools – preferably
  • Experience with basic AI tools including Co-Pilot and Chat GPT
  • Experience with digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GTM
  • Experience creating content curation, governance strategies and processes
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong project planning and execution skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding judgement, problem-solving abilities
  • Strong desire to learn and grow industry knowledge
  • Team player willing to accept and give constructive feedback

Compensation Information

Annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus:
Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
