IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Lead Consultant with strong functional domain exposure in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS. Candidate must be well versed in finance process flows. Candidate will be driving ERP Cloud and on-premise solutions by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Candidate must be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications.
The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands‑on experience on at least 2‑3 Oracle ERP Finance implementations. Candidate should have experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. The candidate must be able to deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation.
Candidate must also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.
- Location for this position is Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ
. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

- 4+ years of end‑to‑end hands‑on experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of Oracle’s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc.
- Strong functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules
- Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end‑to‑end solution design and functional design
- Experience in business process redesign or transformation
- Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore
- Expertise in driving requirement‑gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products.
- Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time
- Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax
- Proficient in building OTBI and BIP reports.
- 6+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion AP, FA, GL
- Strong skills in BIP, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, OIC, SOAP & REST services.
- Experience with AP templates, FA Mass Additions, tax setups, audit controls.
- Experience with multi‑country AP payment methods and bank integrations.
- Deep experience with FRS, OTBI, BIP, FBDI, and journal integration processes.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for building GL analytics.
- Experience with budgeting, consolidation, and enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions
- Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc.
- Ability to work in onsite‑offshore models.
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
Estimated annual compensation range for this role in Jersey City, NJ will be between $93,713 to $135,386
