Senior Power BI Developer

10 is currently seeking a Senior Power BI Developer for a Hybrid position located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions for a Major Financial Institution. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into interactive visual dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Connect to various data sources and transform data using Power Query and DAX
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver intuitive visualizations
• Optimize performance of data models and reports for large datasets
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of BI assets

• Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years)
• Proven senior-level experience (10+ Years) with Power BI, including Power Query and DAX
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

• Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform, or other BI tools is a plus

Pay range: Up to $83.13 per hour
