Job Title: Technical Lead

Locations: Jersey City, NJ & Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Technical Skills

• Core Java experience developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
• Hands-on experience with concurrent programming.
• Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development.
• Understanding of Java internals such as class loading and memory management.
• Distributed Caching frameworks such as Gemfire, Oracle Coherence, Redis or equivalent.
• Databases - RDBMS preferably Oracle, No
  
  SQL preferably Mongo
  
  DB.
• Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
• SDLC/Dev Ops - Git/Bit Bucket, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, Sonar Qube, JIRA, Any secure coding toolkits.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a large global team and influence key architectural decision.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A self-starter and has the thirst to continually improve and develop.
• Experience with mentoring and developing with more junior team members to ensure they can deliver at the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/STEM subject Or experience in a similar role.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
