This is a Senior Linux Dev Ops Production Support Engineer who can keep critical banking applications stable during deployments. A senior, hands‑on Senior Linux Dev Ops Production Support Engineer/Linux production support engineer with Dev Ops release troubleshooting experience, Python automation skills, and prior exposure to capital markets or banking systems.

This role is located in Jersey City, New Jersey, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite each week. The position is available only to eligible candidates based in New York and New Jersey, United States.

Our client is a leading global investment bank operating in the Capital Markets domain.

In-person/F2F interview

• Ideal talent will have 7–12 years of experience.
• Dev Ops Support (fix issues in Dev Ops release and Environment (Linux) & Conduct Sanity check (Infra and App issues), Automate Sanity Checks, Create a new environment for deployments (Python used for automation of environment creation))
• IT Support who provides L3 Support to Dev Ops engineers (primarily on fixing environment (Linux primarily) related issues)
• Jira and Service Now used for ticketing/incident management
• Domain experience needed, if not capital markets, then banking will work.
