Job Title
Agile Scrum Master (Capital Markets)
LocationJersey City, NJ / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
What's the Job?- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
- Enable continuous improvement within the team and foster high performance through collaboration.
- Act as a servant leader to support teams in resolving impediments and achieving sprint goals.
- Support delivery management and oversee key projects within the GFIIT portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams, preferably in the financial or capital markets sector.
- Certification in Scrum Master, PMP, or CFA is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Treasury space, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
- Experience with Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of Python or SQL scripting, and experience with Quartz or Trading applications is a plus.
