We are looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA) to be the subject‑matter expert that helps customers in the Americas design solutions leveraging our AI/ML services. You will partner with customers across industry verticals to enable large‑scale use cases, design ML pipelines, and drive adoption of AWS AI/ML platforms and services.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with customers’ development and data science teams to understand business and technical needs and design solutions that utilize AWS AI/ML services such as Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, and other APIs.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development and the AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment for Amazon Sage Maker and related GenAI services.
• Evangelize AWS ML services, share best practices through white papers, reference architectures, blogs, and public speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to provide product improvement feedback.
• Develop and support an internal community of GenAI subject‑matter experts in the Americas.

Basic qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure.
• Experience working in a technical role within a sales organization.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT development or IT implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries.
• Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
• Experience communicating with technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.

Location:

Choose from San Jose, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Arlington.

Travel:
Up to 50% across the USA may be required.
