Experienced Service Now Developer with extensive hands-on experience on the Service Now platform, including CSM and ITSM modules. This role requires deep technical expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Service Now solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions across CSM and ITSM modules.
• Configure and customize Case Management, Tasks, Life Cycle Events, and Activities.
• Develop and maintain Service Now applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• Create and manage Service Catalogs, Order Guides, Record Producers, and advanced workflows.
• Implement and support modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Request, and Asset Management.
• Build and maintain intuitive self-service portals and dashboards for CSM.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Integrate and manage CMDB, Discovery, and Mid-Server configurations.
• Leverage Performance Analytics to monitor and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side applications using JSP, Servlets, and JDBC.
Required Skills & Qualification
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer.
• Strong expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.
• Proficient in UI Builder.
• Proficient in Service Now scripting, UI customization, and application development.
• Experience with Service Now Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.
• Experience with App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Java-based backend development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
Certifications:
• Service Now Certified System Administrator
• Service Now Certified Application Developer
