Job Summary
The Technical Support Engineer will manage and oversee Client's technical operations.
Strong Python developer that will help in development and support role.
The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting technical operations and provide innovative solutions for complex business problems, collaborates cross-functionally to understand requirements and solve high-impact issues. The individual should be passionate about new technologies and possess a blend of strong technical aptitude, trouble-shooting capabilities, will work closely with cross-functional team within the organization to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Python and JavaScript.
You Will
- Leverage Support processes, systems and tools to resolve a variety of technical problems
- Collaborate within product development and concierge team to provide technical support
- Manage, prioritize, and respond to cases within defined SLA's
- Participate in the new client implementation project and support configuration, setup, testing, and rollout
- Collaborate cross-functionally with client technical/non-technical stakeholders to gather and understand the requirements
- Develop end-to-end services using integration design patterns and various connection protocols REST and SOAP API, Python, Reactjs, JavaScript, etc.
- Automating manual tasks; create/improve small tools that help make team operations more efficient.
- 7-10 years of technical experience, preferably in the PBM (Pharmacy Benefit manager) industry
- 5 years of experience in developing integration or technical solutions, using Python and ReactJS
- Experience in building integrations with REST and SOAP API, JMS, File, SFTP, DB, Email,
- Experience working on NO SQL database like Couchbase, Mongo DB
- Experience in creating solutions for various data structures/file formats like JSON, XML, CSV, EDI
- A clear understanding of Integration design patterns and the advantages of implementing them in a complex ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external partners
- Experience in front end and backend development (Full stack development)
- A good understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven ability to prioritize
- Experience in the PBM Industry
- Experience in a high growth technology company
