Location: Jersey City, NJ

Compensation:
Pay Range: $65.00-$75.00 Per HR
Job Summary:
• Join our team as a UX Designer in the Northeast Region on a hybrid contract basis.
• Design user experiences for data-driven applications, focusing on intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and enhance usability.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in line with enterprise standards.
• Engage in user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and user adoption.
• Utilize generic design tools and technologies to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end user experiences for data-centric applications.
• Translate complex processes into intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop scalable design systems and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and validate UX approaches.
• Iterate on designs using user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise or data-intensive applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in dashboards and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in generic design tools and strong understanding of UX principles.
• Experience working with modern front-end technologies.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and requirements.
