Job Title:BA/PM- CCAR
Location:New York, New York
What's the Job?
- Lead CCAR implementation and enhancement initiatives, including data sourcing, workflows, and regulatory reporting.
- Translate Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into clear business and technical specifications.
- Partner with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Gather and document functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements for CCAR platforms and data pipelines.
- Manage multiple CCAR-related projects, owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- 8+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on CCAR implementation.
- Proven experience delivering CCAR programs at large banking institutions.
- Deep understanding of capital planning, stress testing cycles, and regulatory governance.
- Hands-on experience with data and platform implementations in Azure environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
