BA​/PM- CCAR

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a BA/PM- CCAR to join their team. As a BA/PM- CCAR, you will be part of the Risk and Regulatory Compliance department supporting regulatory stress testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead CCAR implementation and enhancement initiatives, including data sourcing, workflows, and regulatory reporting.
• Translate Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into clear business and technical specifications.
• Partner with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Gather and document functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements for CCAR platforms and data pipelines.
• Manage multiple CCAR-related projects, owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on CCAR implementation.
• Proven experience delivering CCAR programs at large banking institutions.
• Deep understanding of capital planning, stress testing cycles, and regulatory governance.
• Hands-on experience with data and platform implementations in Azure environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
