Job Description We are seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data warehousing, OLAP platforms, Python, and SQL and a proven ability to architect and deliver scalable analytics solutions that enable enterprise reporting and decision making. Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with data validation, quality checks, and observability. Architect and evolve data warehouse and OLAP platforms for internal analytics and client-facing reporting. Lead database design, dimensional and analytical data modeling, and data mart development. Optimize OLAP workloads through query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and data distribution strategies. Monitor and tune performance across distributed databases and analytics systems.

Design, extend, and maintain data marts, metadata frameworks, and semantic layers. Manage version control and CI/CD for all data platform code. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and enable effective analytics. Work with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, define testing strategies, and maintain data quality. Promote software stability through documentation, code reviews, automated testing, and operational best practices.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in database design, data modeling, and data engineering for large-scale analytics. Deep OLAP expertise with modern analytical databases such as Vertica, Single Store, Click House, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of data warehouse architectures and analytical modeling (star/snowflake) and performance optimization. Expert-level SQL with experience optimizing complex queries on large datasets. Advanced Python for pipelines, automation, data processing, and backend services.

Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks such as Informatica or equivalent modern solutions. Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting. Strong capabilities in database performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration with analytical problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines. Preferred

Skills:

Experience with MCP-based services and cloud-native data platforms. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Autosys. End-to-end DW/BI lifecycle experience in mission-critical environments. Knowledge of SDLC tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Ansible, and Jenkins. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.

Experience with real-time or near real-time analytics systems. Additional Details:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in technology development with focus on databases, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
