Role Overview
Provide hands-on support for Zoom/Teams meetings and Poly-equipped conference rooms, troubleshoot A/V issues, and manage support tickets. Act as the A/V support specialist for conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
What You Will Do- Troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues
- Monitor and manage support tickets
- Check conference room setups
- Assist with Zoom administration and Poly Lens tasks
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
Requirements- Solid working knowledge of the Zoom platform
- Familiarity with conference room solutions (Poly/Polycom or similar)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common issues with video conferencing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical end users - Strong attention to detail
- Ability to respond well to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative effort
