Position: Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – AI Solutions & Services Transformation

As the technology landscape rapidly evolves toward AI-native enterprises, we are embarking on an ambitious transformation to become a leading AI solutions and services organization delivering enterprise-grade AI strategy, implementation, managed services, and innovation at scale.

We are seeking a transformational Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead this evolution and build a world-class AI-driven growth engine.

Role Overview

The Global CRO will be responsible for architecting and executing the company’s end-to-end transformation into a modern AI solutions and services powerhouse. This executive will drive global revenue growth, market positioning, AI-led go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales transformation, and strategic market expansion.

This is not a traditional CRO role. We are looking for a highly sophisticated, technically credible, entrepreneurial leader who understands both enterprise technology sales and the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate has successfully led AI transformation initiatives within IT services, consulting, or digital engineering organizations and can rapidly operationalize aggressive growth strategies.

This executive must thrive in high-growth, high-accountability environments and possess the ability to build, inspire, and scale elite sales and marketing organizations capable of competing with next-generation AI consulting firms and global technology service providers.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Transformation Leadership
  • Lead the company-wide transformation into a globally recognized AI solutions and services organization.
  • Define and execute the global AI revenue strategy aligned with long-term enterprise objectives.
  • Build differentiated positioning and market messaging around AI transformation, intelligent automation, agentic AI, GenAI, AI infrastructure, AI operations, and enterprise AI services.
  • Establish US Tech Solutions as a trusted AI innovation partner for Fortune 1000 enterprises.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
  • Own global revenue, pipeline growth, bookings, and profitability targets.
  • Develop aggressive go-to-market strategies to accelerate market penetration and enterprise adoption of AI-led services.
  • Identify and build new revenue streams across AI consulting, AI engineering, managed AI services, digital operations, intelligent automation, and platform partnerships.
  • Drive strategic enterprise account expansion and executive-level client engagement.
AI Solutions & Technical Leadership
  • Bring deep understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems including:
  • Generative AI
  • Agentic AI
  • AI infrastructure and cloud platforms
  • AI governance and security
  • AI-enabled managed services
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, product, and innovation teams to create scalable AI offerings and industry solutions.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling enterprise business outcomes.
  • Build and lead a world-class global sales organization optimized for AI-led enterprise selling.
  • Redesign sales processes, operating models, compensation structures, and strategic account management frameworks.
  • Build sophisticated marketing and demand generation capabilities aligned with enterprise AI buying cycles.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performance revenue leadership teams globally.
Executive Leadership & Industry Presence
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, customer engagements, and AI ecosystem partnerships.
  • Develop strategic relationships with hyperscalers, AI platform providers, and technology partners.
  • Build credibility with enterprise CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and board-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven executive leadership experience as a CRO, Chief Growth Officer, EVP Sales, or equivalent leadership role within a sophisticated technology services, consulting, or digital engineering organization.
