You will define the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, tools, and integrations that power personalized marketing, customer lifecycle automation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, real‑time decisioning, and measurement. You will own the end‑to‑end Mar Tech stack and enable Marketing, Growth, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver targeted, timely, and impactful customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own outcomes for KPIs such as:

    • Cross‑channel messaging performance (email/SMS/push/in‑app)
    • CDP data completeness & quality
    • Time to market for campaigns and experimentation
    • Operational efficiency for marketing teams (automation, self‑service capabilities)
    • NPS/CSAT for customer messaging experiences
  • Build a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, innovation, and career growth while holding Product Managers accountable and striving for excellence.
  • Champion a customer‑first, research‑driven culture where responding to evolving customer behaviors is second nature.
  • Leverage expertise in customer data activation and segmentation tooling to automate and optimize campaign orchestration and personalization.
  • Translate customer research and market insights into clear priorities and scalable solutions.
  • Build and communicate real‑time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards, leading indicators, anomaly detection, alerting), and create self‑service dashboards for teams.
  • Provide data‑backed recommendations and trade‑offs to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years developing successful digital products, including 3+ years managing Product Managers.
  • Experience designing, launching, and optimizing large‑scale Mar Tech ecosystems, CRM platforms, CDPs, ESPs, and customer data infrastructure.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, and training direct reports on best practices.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate problems, strategies, risks, and data.
  • Proven ownership of customer lifecycle, segmentation, or personalization products.
  • Experience engaging Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a Scrum setting using Jira.
  • Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data‑driven product development.
  • Executive‑level communication and storytelling skills to deliver effective updates to a broad audience.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk‑decisioning platforms.
  • Background building platform capabilities such as rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong motivation, collaborative mindset, and ability to lead through influence and inspiration.
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with peers, teams, and leaders.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and driving continuous improvement.
