We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to join our team in New Jersey, New Jersey (US‑NJ), United States (US).

Summary:

Professional with experience across large banking institutions supporting CCAR FRY‑14Q & FRY‑14A Regulatory functional and data requirements. Data Requirements includes identifying data attributes, data discovery, data lineage. Functional Requirements include summarizing the reporting requirements per schedule. Experienced in partnering with Finance & Technology, and Chief Data Office teams to strengthen governance frameworks, improve data traceability and attestation, and support remediation of regulatory and control issues.

• Understanding of CCAR regulatory reporting instructions and data elements
• Gathering regulatory reporting business requirements
• Translating business requirements into functional requirements
• Designing the regulatory reporting solution architecture system specifications
• Documentation of data requirements using the report instructions Business requirement document
• Working with data providers / system owners to identify the attribute available in source system – Data gap analysis
• Documenting the mapping of source system attributes with the data requirements Functional requirement document
• Working with Data Management team to hand over the requirements
• Perform the data assessment to make sure it meets the requirements Fit for purpose analysis
• Executing the testing to reconcile the data with expected results Testing summary and evidence
• Document the reporting rules for Axiom using data dictionary Functional requirements document
• Perform reconciliation of Axiom outcome with current production process – Testing summary and evidence
• Support UAT and production deployment for end‑to‑end automation
