The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Technical Lead/Architect is a hands‑on senior role responsible for the end‑to‑end functional and technical architecture of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. This role serves as the primary authority for HCM solution design and delivery, including configuration standards, integrations, security, and customizations across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and related HCM modules.

• Own the end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and act as the primary design authority.
• Define and enforce configuration, integration, security, and extensibility standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Design scalable solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Compensation, and related modules.
• Partner with HR business users and Product Owners to understand business processes and requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate requirements into clear functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and configuration designs.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven experience as a Functional Technical Lead, Architect, or Technical Lead on Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional expertise and hands‑on delivery experience across multiple HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll data models and integration patterns.

• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll data models and integration patterns.
• Experience working in global offshore–onshore delivery models.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Any graduate degree

• Oracle HCM Cloud technical or functional certifications.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or global HCM implementations.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
