  • Participate in on‑call support and incident response activities within a 24x7 environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure design.

  • Experience working across multiple technology projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Sys Ops Administrator, or AWS Dev Ops Engineer certification.

  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Cloud Watch.
  • Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and operational excellence practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a cloud engineer who combines strong technical depth with a strategic mindset. Successful candidates will have experience designing and supporting enterprise‑scale AWS environments, automating infrastructure, improving reliability through engineering best practices, and effectively communicating solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
