The Client Partner will drive strategic growth for Persistent’s HCLS vertical by managing key accounts and building long-term partnerships with product companies. The role focuses on expanding digital engineering, cloud, and platform-led engagements while delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.
Strategic Account Management- Own and grow relationships with strategic Med Tech / Medical Device clients (OEMs, diagnostics, digital health companies)
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, R&D heads, Engineering, QA/RA, and Digital leaders
- Drive account mining and multi-year growth strategies across product engineering and digital transformation
- Own P&L and revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Identify and close opportunities across product engineering, digital health platforms, cloud, data, and AI/GenAI use cases
- Drive large transformation deals spanning connected devices, platform modernization, and regulatory-driven programs
- Ensure seamless execution in collaboration with global delivery, engineering, and consulting teams
- Partner closely with solutioning, pre-sales, and domain teams
- Bring market insights on Med Tech trends including:
Digital health, IoMT, and connected care, AI/ML-driven diagnostics and personalization, Regulatory digitization and compliance automation - Represent Persistent in client forums, industry events, and innovation discussions
- 12–18+ years in IT services / engineering services with strong exposure to Medical Devices / Med Tech clients for our HCLS Vertical
- Proven track record in account growth, new logo acquisition, and large deal closures
- Strong understanding of:
Medical device product lifecycle & engineering (R&D to post-market) Digital Engineering & product development in Med Tech context Cloud, data platforms, and AI/GenAI applications in healthcare - Excellent CXO stakeholder management and consultative selling capability
- Experience working in a global delivery and matrixed environment
- Strong hunting + farming mindset with ability to scale accounts
