Partner Solution Engineer - North America

The Role

Lyzr, the enterprise AI agent platform, seeks a North American Partner Solution Engineer to fill a cross-functional role, including 1/ Building agentic solutions using Lyzr’s platform with partner technologies to create POCs, demos, and related content for Lyzr Cloud, ISV, and Hardware Partners 2/ Envisioning, creating, and presenting technical assets to partners (both marketing and deployment/integration materials), 3/ onboarding partner sales teams (technical and business personas) to understand Lyzr solutions/resources to cosell with Lyzr 4/ building and maintaining internal GTM tools, and 5/ cultivating strategic relationships with cloud partners.

You will join the Strategic Alliances team - we build, market, and sell alongside the world’s largest tech companies (AWS, GCP, MSFT, Accenture, others). We lead strategic vision and tactical execution for successful Lyzr partnerships. Strategic Alliances at Lyzr manages relationships with various partners, potentially including hyperscalers, neo-clouds, software companies, systems integrators, consulting firms, etc.

In a rapidly scaling startup, this is a cross-functional role at the intersection of customer/partner solutions engineering, solution architecture, partner enablement, technical marketing, and GTM engineering. You will be the technical face of Lyzr to partners — enabling partner technical teams, creating technical marketing content, and building the tools for scalable partner GTM for Lyzr.

This is a high-impact role initially reporting to the VP of Strategic Alliances with visibility to the CEO. Lyzr is the agent platform for enterprise partnership - the best company to build with. Period. The next 2 years will define how enterprise customers realize value from AI through software alliances, and we are leading the expedition. The ideal candidate is deeply technical yet communicates very clearly. You have a good sense for cost vs benefit - when to chase a tech issue for hours vs. when to step away and move on to higher priority work. You obsess about customer experiences and pay attention to detail. You dive deep into agentic AI and work with the latest tech.

You already use the latest AI tools for coding, testing, and accelerating your work. You recognize that the way things were done even 3 years ago won’t cut it this year, yet you are eager to learn from experienced leaders. You love to build real solutions that work in production, document them clearly for others, and you connect tech to real business problems.

You take coaching well, even when you think you nailed it, you recognize there’s always room to improve. You adapt quickly when leadership priorities shift - even when it means pausing work you care about. You have an idea how to manage projects, prioritize relentlessly, and set expectations clearly. You are able to laugh at yourself and know when to keep it profesh.
