Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Training and Compliance Department supporting the development and delivery of essential eLearning projects across the Americas Division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

• Design and develop instructional materials for compliance and corporate training programs.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360 to create engaging e-learning modules.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, training vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and launch training courses effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training operations, project management, or training administration within a regulated or financial services environment.
• Proven ability to design and develop compliance training programs and eLearning modules.
• Knowledge of course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360 is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
