Technical & Engineering Leadership

• Expertise in AI solution design with an understanding of GPU/NPU, Cognitive Infrastructure, and Copilot domains.
• Experience collaborating with global partners such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, IBM, and more.
• Knowledge of open-source technologies (Kubernetes, OPEA) and cloud platforms.

Service Delivery & Innovation

• Ensure solutions align with AI best practices across environments.
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge GenAI technologies, pushing boundaries in AI integration.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Engage with multiple customers, fostering consultative relationships.
• Maintain hands-on technical credibility and mentor other team members.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years in architecture design and 10+ years in software engineering.
• Professional expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or Go languages.
• Advanced machine learning and GenAI models (GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Familiarity with Copilot solutions in software engineering and office productivity.
• Agile and Scrum project management experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with GenAI operations (LLMOps) and AI governance.
• Proficiency in data engineering, feature engineering, and AI pipeline creation.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, governance, and bias mitigation.
• Deep Learning Frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch).

Certifications
