Job Description
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.
Position SummaryThis role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost.
They manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.
- Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams
- Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses
- Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them
- Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates
- Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products
- Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends
- Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
- Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
- Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
- Responsible for providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 2+ years focused on cloud
- Experience integrating compute platforms into new or greenfield data center environments
- Proven experience leading strategic platform modernization initiatives, from architecture design through build, validation, and production rollout.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Fin Ops and cloud cost optimization practices.

Pay range: $ - $ annualized salary, offer determined based on experience, education and skill set.
