Duties & Responsibilities:
- Application to IAM integration as well as User Migration in a phased methodology
- Document the security for all phases of the project as well as identify and document the deliverables
- Development and documentation of IGA/IAM
- Educate the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAM
- Experience with certification and recertification process
- Should have the ability to document workflows and notification events for the engineers to build the right solution. Once developed, the analyst should be able to test and validate them.
- Experience running a certification campaign.
- Understanding of provisioning and de-provisioning requirements and familiarity with the connector interfaces in CA Identity Manager and CA Governance Minder
- Advise customer about IGA/IAM aspects of the implementation and ongoing operation.
- Deliver and discuss deliverables with customer
- Solicit feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teams
- Development experience with JAVA, J2EE, eCommerce
- Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to synthesize ambiguous information
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work equally well on self-managed or team-oriented projects
- CISSP Certification
- IGA Products (i.e. CA Identity Manager, CA Governance Minder)
- IAM Products (i.e. IBM Security IAM, Oracle IAM, and CA Site Minder)
- Directory Services Products (i.e. Microsoft Active Directory, Oracle Directory)
- Design and Implementation of IAM solutions including high availability
- Role identification and access assignment
- Identify and Document Segregation of Duties Scenarios and compose applicable access control rules
- Discuss Business Applications with Business Owners with a focus on Access Control requirements
- Discuss Applicable Regulations with Compliance to identify access control requirements
- Identify Access Control Requirements of the Business
- Install and Configure SailPoint Identity IQ system
- Experience in developing connectors and adapter frameworks
- Integration experience with ticketing systems and enterprise log management solutions such as Service Now and Splunk
- Experience in developing web services using Java/J2EE
- Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL experience
- IGA Products (SailPoint Identity IQ, CA Governance Minder)
- IAM Products (i.e. IBM Security IAM, Oracle IAM, and CA Site Minder)
- Directory Services Products (i.e. Microsoft Active Directory, Oracle Directory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Worked in onshore/offshore model
- CISSP Certification
- The methodology and technology used to plan through implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
