GCP Product Delivery Lead (VP)
Role summary:
Own delivery of GCP onboarding capabilities and the onboarding pipeline as a product (roadmap, backlog, outcomes). Key responsibilities
- Build and manage roadmap/backlog tied to onboarding outcomes and control gates.
- Drive dependency management across IAM/network/security/platform engineering.
- Define KPIs (lead time, defect leakage, adoption) and run execution cadence.
- Ensure release readiness, stakeholder alignment, and transparent status/risks.
Required qualifications
- Product/program delivery leadership in technical platform initiatives.
- Comfort translating risk/compliance constraints into executable delivery plans.
Success measures
- Predictable delivery; improved onboarding throughput; measurable adoption and quality improvements.
