Position Summary:Maintains and supports the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure specifically with client support on a large scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. Responsible for Messaging and Collaboration supported applications to include Outlook, Sharepoint, web conferencing (Web Ex), Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype, Group Chat) as major focus. Manages the integration of email with other systems such as mobile device and other unified communication technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical operations or enterprise support role
- Proficiency with Outlook and M365 messaging technologies
- Experience with SharePoint administration
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, One Drive, MS Teams, Skype, Web Ex
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and operational best practices
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong process documentation and technical writing skills
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

40 hours per week
Pay range $81,200.00 - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
