job summary:
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Planning:
Define, establish, and manage the project timeline and high-level design milestones to ensure a competitive posture against global banking ledger initiatives.
POC & Lifecycle Management:
Coordinate the active Proof of Concept (POC) pipeline, helping technical teams track and evaluate tool selection (e.g., FastAPI frameworks, smart contract tools) and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Vendor & Asset Onboarding:
Drive the procurement, onboarding, and setup tracking of critical crypto-infrastructure vendors (e.g., coordinating the purchase and security setup of enterprise-grade hardware ledgers/HSMs).
Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Facilitate seamless communication between Digital Asset Architects, Enterprise Risk/Security, and Executive Leadership to streamline the approval of high-level architecture designs.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Proactively identify technical, regulatory, or resource dependencies inherent in greenfield blockchain projects, unblocking the engineering team to ensure rapid progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Project/Program Management Expertise: 7+ years of experience managing complex, high-visibility technology programs within enterprise environments or fast-paced fintechs.
Digital Asset Literacy:
Solid foundational understanding of crypto assets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, and tokenization concepts (e.g., understanding the high-level logic of turning deposits into digital tokens).
Vendor & Operations
Experience:
Proven track record of managing vendor onboarding, procurement processes, and hardware/software infrastructure deployment lifecycle.
Agility in Fluid Environments:
Comfort managing projects where the final tech stack is actively being decided through rapid technical experimentation and prototyping.
Strong Communication:
Exceptional ability to translate highly technical crypto concepts into milestone-driven updates for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
