Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and automation initiatives. What's the Job?- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirements
- Contribute to test planning and build test cases for stories in Scrum sprints according to acceptance criteria
- Automate test cases for User-Interface (UI) and database using tools like Selenium and Tosca
- Execute manual and automated test cases, record results, and report errors and failures
- Collaborate with development teams for defect triaging and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the Agile product lifecycle
- Technical BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation testing using tools like Selenium or Tosca
- Proficiency in testing User-Interface and Database changes, with experience in SQL, ETL, and Unix commands
- Experience working with Autosys scheduling and writing complex SQL queries with joins
- Strong knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Octane) and Agile methodologies
