Role Overview
Provide hands-on technical support across Quarry, Asphalt, and Recycling plant locations, ensuring reliable technology for safe and efficient plant operations.
What You Will DoTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support plant‑critical systems, and assist with installation and maintenance of wired and wireless networks.
Why It Might Be a Fit2–4 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking, and ability to work independently and travel up to 75%.
Requirements- 2–4 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
- Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now or similar)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work in outdoor, dusty, and industrial environments
