Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Delivery Lead / Senior Technology Business Analyst / Scrum Master GTM-JC to join their team. As a Delivery Lead / Senior Technology Business Analyst / Scrum Master GTM-JC, you will be part of the Global Markets Technology department supporting client-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Support the Mercury and MLX institutional trading/client platforms within Global Markets Technology.
+ Coordinate between business users, software engineers, QA, infrastructure, risk & controls, GIS/security, PMO, and senior management to ensure seamless delivery.
+ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of application functionality, architecture, and integrations to effectively communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders.
+ Lead end-to-end delivery execution across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, dependency management, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
+ Serve as Scrum Master for agile delivery teams, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring adherence to best practices.
** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience with SDLC and technical project delivery on previous projects.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers regarding project needs and technical details.
+ Strong project management, leadership, and operational skills.
+
Experience with change management, planning, and organization.
+ Familiarity with JIRA workflows and agile methodologies.
