Key Skills
- 3+ years of experience in People Soft testing across HCM, FSCM, CRM, or related modules.
- Strong expertise in manual, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, and People Soft Test Framework (PTF).
- Strong understanding of People Soft architecture, integrations, and module functionalities.
- Proficiency in SQL for test data validation and analysis.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA and HP ALM.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Load Runner or JMeter.
- Familiarity with Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for People Soft applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing.
- Design and maintain automation scripts and optimize automation coverage.
- Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects and issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate business requirements.
- Support UAT activities, test data preparation, and production deployments.
- Monitor application performance and provide testing analysis and recommendations.
- Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud-based People Soft environments.
- Certifications such as ISTQB or Oracle People Soft certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
