  • Build and/or oversee comprehensive reporting and visualization suites and build executive‑ready updates that translate analysis into crisp narratives and clear decision asks
  • Own and evolve the performance measurement framework for the Sales team, including but not limited to KPI definitions, sound metric logic, data reconciliation, and governance to ensure reporting is consistent, trusted, and repeatable across stakeholder groups
  • Serve as the POC on strategic initiatives such as Sales team book optimization to aid the business reach it targets while enabling field personnel to drive success on key metrics
  • Design, produce, and continuously improve client targeting lists that enable advisors/RMs to prioritize outreach and relationship‑deepening actions using segmentation, profiling, and prioritization logic
  • Leverage data across disparate sources/formats to create and maintain innovative data solutions and workflows (including quality checks, documentation/lineage, and repeatable production routines) - prioritizing automation, reliability, and scalability across platforms
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to mentor junior team members and leverage offshore team effectively for improved productivity and output
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM preferred, and Master’s Degree in STEM a plus
  • 7+ years’ experience in analytics/data/strategy roles within financial services, with demonstrated ownership of high‑visibility analytics deliverables
  • Track record of working independently, solving ambiguous problems, and translating business questions into rigorous analytical approaches and measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership for high‑visibility deliverables, with an uncompromising commitment to data accuracy, analytical rigor, and meticulous attention to detail—consistently delivering high‑quality insights, sometimes under tight timelines
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with hands‑on data analytics skills (ability to manipulate large datasets, validate results, and defend assumptions)
  • Experience working across modern data platforms and analytics tools; familiarity with environments including Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Tableau strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including producing executive‑ready decks that can be used with minimal editing
